Hall & Adi Yeshaya Trio

The 2025 Adi Yeshaya Trio represents a vibrant meeting of two generations. Pianist Adi Yeshaya and drummer Nathan Norman share decades of musical collaboration, including many years performing alongside the late, beloved vocalist Debbie Duncan. Joining them is bassist Ethan Yeshaya — Adi’s son — who grew up in a deeply musical home and shaped his sound through R&B and gospel influences. His fresh perspective brings a distinctive energy to the trio’s jazz voice.

Together, the trio is excited to share jazzy, joyful, and uplifting sounds of the season.

Mounds Park Academy Ensemble

We are delighted to welcome Mounds Park Academy Upper School student musicians to perform on December 7 at Still Hope! The music they share will also be performed at the VA Medical Center and at various senior homes throughout the month.

Mounds Park Academy embraces, supports, and places great emphasis on arts education. Having students engaged in performing arts at every division is not just about fostering an appreciation for the arts—it is about helping them develop perseverance, cultivate ingenuity, and understand that ideas can be expressed in more than just words. Through these authentic experiences, each student has the opportunity to maximize their artistic potential, build confidence, and create beauty.

We are excited to bring joy to our community and share the hard work students have put into this special program.

St Croix Jazz Quartet

The St. Croix Jazz Orchestra is one of the Twin Cities’ premier professional jazz orchestras. It was started 22 years ago by Stillwater band parent, Mark Syman, and longtime Stillwater band instructor Larry Neumann. Their goal was to provide opportunities for top jazz musicians from in and around the St. Croix valley to perform together professionally in their home community.

The orchestra includes musicians who have played with a “who’s who” of jazz and pop music, from Tony Bennet to Luther Vandross to Prince. The combo playing for Still Hope is made up of musicians from the larger orchestra. Come hear some toe-tappin’, jazz takes on holiday favorites.
